3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship within Georgia and, where available, internationally. Delivery
times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you once the
courier collects your order.
Domestic delivery: typically 2–5 business days
International delivery: varies by destination
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can return unused items in original condition within 14 days of
delivery. Contact our support team to start the process. Refunds are
issued within 7 business days of receiving the return.
Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not
qualify for a full refund.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We do our best to keep product descriptions and images accurate. If a
product differs significantly from its description, you may return it under
our returns policy.
